Cancelling negative thoughts out when they creep in

This is easy. The moment “I can’t” crosses your mind, make the shift. Say to yourself and out loud the following statements: 

I can. 
I intend to (insert your desire). 
I am (insert what you want to be). 
I am receiving abundance. 
I am capable. 
I am loved. 
I am enough. 

Using this technique is how you make a shift in your thinking but keep your expectations realistic when you first start making the shift. The first time you make the shift it is likely to feel unnatural. Do it over and over again until your new way of talking and thinking feels natural. Believing what you think you are is the key to manifestation. If you are diligent with making shifts in your thinking patterns, and you continue to vocalize your new, positive beliefs about yourself, it will not be long until you feel better all the way around. 

When I was in an “I can’t” mindset, basically for 20+ years of my life, stupid stuff happened to me ALL THE TIME. If something stupid was in a 50-mile radius, it found me. For instance, I was the person that never found a good parking space. I was the person that got injured, stuck in long lines, and I was also the person that was told “NO” a lot. I had such “bad luck” that people joked about it. If I went out to eat, I was the person at the table that never got what I wanted. Whatever I ordered the restaurant was always out of that item. It was unbelievable. I vocalized to people that my sole purpose for being on this earth was to be tormented. Those around me got a big kick out of that. 

What I was experiencing was not bad luck at all. What I experienced was a product of my thinking. The quality of my thoughts and words was bad; therefore, my experiences were bad. Of course, these are mediocre problems I am using for illustrative purposes. My “I can’t” mentality (aka making excuses) screwed me up in more ways than one. My excuse mentality held me back in life emotionally, financially, professionally, and my relationships with others were not healthy. I go into vivid details about my personal experiences in my book, and some of those experiences will make you laugh, but some will make you cringe. It will not be long until the book will be available for you to read. 

People have asked me how long it took me to reverse my thinking patterns. Know that each person is different, but it took me years to brainwash myself into not believing the bad stuff. I went into metaphysics headstrong and had decades of negative conditioning to reverse. I have come a long way, but I am still trying to master this completely. As long as you stick with it, you will keep getting better and better and suddenly you will be too positive for any negative influences to infiltrate your space. The key is dedication.
