Virtual Breathwork Classes

Breathwork Nervous System Reset

Virtual | Live on Zoom | 60 minutes

Relax in your most comfortable space and allow your nervous system to reset.

Breathwork Nervous System Reset is a one-hour guided virtual experience designed to help your body release what it no longer needs and return to a state of balance. From the comfort of your home, Paula will guide you through a mouth-breathing technique that works directly with your physiology to calm your nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for insight and clarity.

This is not about forcing anything. Your breath does the work.

Often, solutions arise naturally when the body feels safe enough to let go.

You may leave your camera on or off—whichever works best for you.

Paula has curated a playlist specifically engineered to support release, relaxation, and integration throughout the session.
